How do I choose a size?

Measure her rather than ordering her usual age. Our size guide has the measurements. If she is between sizes, take the larger one.

How long will delivery take?

Two to four business days to prepare, then four to eighteen business days in transit depending on where you are. The shipping page has a table by country.

I need it for a specific date. Can you guarantee it?

We cannot guarantee a carrier's performance, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we will do is tell you honestly whether your date looks comfortable or tight before you order. Email us with the date.

Will I pay customs or duty?

Possibly, depending on your country. Prices exclude import duty and tax, which are the recipient's responsibility. We declare shipments accurately.

Are the dresses lined?

Our tulle and ball gown styles are lined through the bodice and skirt. Satin styles are lined through the bodice. Details are on each product page.

How should I care for the dress?

Dry clean is safest for the appliqué and tulle styles. Satin styles can be hand washed cold and hung to dry. Never tumble dry anything with applied flowers.

Why do the handmade dresses look slightly different from the photograph?

Because a person places each flower. The placement varies a little between pieces. The fabric, colour and construction are the same.

Can I return it?

Yes — tell us within 14 days of delivery and return it within 30, unworn with tags. Full detail on the returns page.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, New Zealand, the Gulf states and India. If you are somewhere else, email us and we will find out what is possible.
