Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Silkvane LLC ("Silkvane", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Silkvane LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable, where a price has been listed in error, or where we suspect fraud — and will refund you in full if we do.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in United States dollars and exclude import duties and taxes levied by the destination country, which are the recipient's responsibility. Payment is taken at the time of order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Product descriptions and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Several styles carry hand-applied appliqué and embellishment, which means the placement of detail varies slightly between individual garments. Colours may also appear differently on different screens. These variations are not defects.

5. Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Our Shipping Policy forms part of these terms.

6. Returns

Your rights to return items are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory consumer rights you may have.

7. Safety and supervision

Our garments are decorative children's clothing. Items with applied flowers, beading or other embellishment should not be worn unsupervised by very young children, and are not intended for sleepwear. Please follow the care instructions supplied.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photography, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Silkvane and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to interfere with its operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
