Processing
Orders are checked and prepared within 2–4 business days. Because several of our styles are made in small runs with hand-applied detail, we would rather take an extra day than send something that is not right.

If you have a date
Weddings and birthdays do not move. If you are ordering for a specific occasion, please allow the full estimate plus a week of margin, and tell us the date when you order — we will flag anything that looks tight rather than let you find out late.
Duties and taxes
Prices shown are in US dollars and exclude any import duty or tax that your country may charge on arrival. Where duties apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare all shipments accurately; we cannot mark parcels as gifts or understate their value.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 48–72 hours to begin updating.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel has not moved for ten days, or has not arrived within the estimate above plus a week, email us. We will chase the carrier and, if it cannot be found, replace or refund the order.
